1. Should government-run healthcare be provided to every American? N* Everyone should have healthcare!
2. Should experiments using tissue obtained from aborted babies be prohibited? N
3. Should the U.S. Supreme Court be expanded from the current nine justices to thirteen? U* The Supreme Court needs to be less political.
4. Should education funding be directed to families through a grant, scholarship, or education savings account so that parents can send their children to the school of their choice, including religious schools? N* Our public schools help students to understand those that are different than them. Promoting public money to private schools is a mistake for the long term growth of our nation.
5. Should Congress pass the Equality Act - which would require individuals and businesses to provide services or use their artistic expression in ways that violate their moral or religious beliefs? Y* Discrimination is discrimination. You shouldn’t be able to use your religion as an excuse to discriminate.
6. Should Planned Parenthood and other organizations that perform or refer for abortions receive federal funds? Y* I want to reduce abortions with great prenatal care. They help prenatal care.
7. Should Congress enact additional limits on elective abortions? N* Stay out of peoples lives. Lift everyone up and help with better prenatal care, access to birth control if you want to reduce the number of abortions.
8. Should the federal government take further steps to block border crossings from undocumented migrants? Y* Immigration needs fixed. I will work together to fix it.
9. Should the federal government pursue energy independence through projects like the Keystone Pipeline? N* We must understand that climate change is an issue and work together to find ways for a sustainable future for our kids and grandkids.
10. Should federal law require public schools to prohibit males who identify as females to compete in girls’ sports? N* So you feel attacking 1/2 of 1 percent of the people will benefit you. Very sad. I stand for everyone’s rights.
11. Should Congress pass the Freedom to Vote Act, which would nationalize election law? U* I would need to see it to make that determination.
