1. Should government-run healthcare be provided to every American?	N*	Government is not equipped to run healthcare. Government-run healthcare would be a monopoly, and we have seen in other sectors, such as education, utilities, etc. it is not effective.
2. Should experiments using tissue obtained from aborted babies be prohibited?	Y*	Although their may be validation of the use of this tissue forresearch, morally, it is wrong.I believe life begins at conception. Allowing this tissue to be used shows a disregard for the life that was lost.
3. Should the President nominate Supreme Court justices that adhere to the original meaning of the Constitution?	Y*	It is a Supreme Court justice's sworn duty to uphold the Constitution.
4. Should education funding be directed to families through a voucher, scholarship, or education savings account so that parents can send their children to the school of their choice, including non-public schools?	Y*	We need to give parents the freedom to choose their child's education. The quality of education would not be based on zip-code, but choice.
5. Should Congress pass the Equality Act - which would require individuals and businesses to provide services or use their artistic expression in ways that violate their moral or religious beliefs?	N*	It violates the 1st Amendment. It is stripping individuals and businesses of their freedom to operate in a manner that aligns with their beliefs and morals.
6. Should Planned Parenthood and other organizations that perform or refer for abortions receive federal funds?	N*	They perform one in three abortions in the U.S. and promote they have opposed legislatiton that actually protect women and children, they have become a billion-dollar organization on the backs of tax-payers, and have been proven to mismange their funds.
7. Should the federal government limit abortion if Roe v. Wade is overturned?	N*	If the federal government overturns Roe v. Wade, it would be the responsibility of the States to draft legislation limiting abortion.
8. Should the federal government take further steps to block border crossings from undocumented migrants?	Y*	Without strict security and blocking borders, we are opening the door to allow a free for all with goods and people, which cannot be monitored, and ultimately will be detrimental to our citizens that are here legally.
9. Should the federal government pursue energy independence through projects like the Keystone Pipeline?	Y*	Energy security equals National security. It lowers spending , creates jobs, enhances economic growth, and is the bridge for a cleaner energy economy.
10. Should the federal government have the power to impose a vaccine mandate on individuals and private businesses?	N*	This is a violation of our personal freedom. The mandates are a mask in the guise of "safety," based on unfounded science and facts.
11. Should federal law require public schools to allow males who identify as females to compete in girls’ sports?	N*	Although someone identifies with the opposite sex, it does not change their DNA. One's biological make-up affects their competitive advantage/disadvantage.
12. Should Congress pass the For the People Act, which would federalize election law?	N*	The rules for elections should remain decentralized and in the hands of the State and local officials.
