1. Should all voters be required to show identification before voting? Y* I believe voter ID is a commonsense protection to enhance election integrity and ensure that only American citizens have the ability to vote. It also protects people from having their vote stolen by someone who is pretending to be them for malicious purposes.
2. Should the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act be amended to include "sexual orientation" and "gender identity," which could require public schools and other public facilities to open up restrooms and locker rooms to members of the opposite sex? N* I do not believe men should be in women’s sports or bathrooms.
3. Should marijuana be legalized and sold commercially for recreational use? N* I believe that medicinal marijuana may have some palliative or therapeutic benefit, but it should not be legalized for recreational use.
4. Should increases in state government spending be limited to the rate of inflation plus population growth? Y* The state should be spending within its means and lessening the burden on our residential property owners.
5. Should Pennsylvania make cuts to the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) student scholarship program? N* The EITC program is a valuable tool for families who would like to have more choice in their children’s education. It should be expanded and so should school choice.
