1. Providing state tax credits and education savings accounts to enable parents to choose what school their child attends. S* School choice is the best form of educational reform right now. Legislators aren't changing laws, and school directors are fighting an uphill battle.
2. Reserving girls’ sports exclusively for biological females. S* Women's and girls' rights must be defended against the harmful transgender movement.
3. Separating restrooms, locker rooms, and other privacy areas based on biological sex. S* Boys and girls need to be kept separate so that girls are kept safe.
4. Permitting students to discuss their Christian faith with others during non-class time on school premises. S* Separation of church and state does not mean the obliteration of Christianity. We need more faith, not less.
5. Allowing school personnel to refer students to abortion providers. O* Personnel need to contact parents if students need medical help.
6. Requiring signed permission (opt-in) from a parent before a student may participate in sex education classes. S* Parents need to be in the driver seat for all decisions for their children.
7. Increasing transparency by requiring videos or documents shown to students be preserved for easy review by administrators and parents. S* Whenever a children is separated from their parents and under the care of government, transparency is a must.
8. Providing curricula that advocates critical race theory and its emphasis on defining people as oppressors or oppressed based on group identity or privileges. O* Teaching history is important. However encouraging racial divides in a free nation doesn't make sense.
9. Requiring teachers to use "she" to describe a biological male student who identifies as a female, even if the teacher offered a reasonable alternative. O* Teachers need to have choice to voice their concerns. Also they should be working with parents.
10. Specifying in school policy that materials containing visual depictions of people engaging in sex acts or explicit written descriptions of people engaging in sex acts is not age-appropriate for the school’s curriculum and libraries. S* Sexualized content needs to be monitored by staff and parents.
