Question Response Comments/Notes
1. Providing state tax credits and education savings accounts to enable parents to choose what school their child attends. S* Competition breeds excellence! If money travels with the students, the better schools will succeed and poor ones will fail.
2. Reserving girls’ sports exclusively for biological females. S* There are only 2 biological sexes… period! To promote otherwise is nothing less than criminal.
3. Separating restrooms, locker rooms, and other privacy areas based on biological sex. S* No adult, in their right mind, would undress in front of a stranger of the opposite sex. Why would we ask that of our children?
4. Permitting students to discuss their Christian faith with others during non-class time on school premises. S* A house cannot stand without a solid foundation. Society is the same. That foundation can be found in the ten commandments.
5. Allowing school personnel to refer students to abortion providers. O* Parents should have all the say, when it comes to their children!
6. Requiring signed permission (opt-in) from a parent before a student may participate in sex education classes. S* Again, parents should be in full control of their children.
7. Increasing transparency by requiring videos or documents shown to students be preserved for easy review by administrators and parents. S* Teachers and administrators need to be held accountable to follow traditional education. All woke nonsense must end.
8. Providing curricula that advocates critical race theory and its emphasis on defining people as oppressors or oppressed based on group identity or privileges. O* DEI and woke agendas do not belong in the education system. We need to get back to basics and properly educate our youth.
9. Requiring teachers to use "she" to describe a biological male student who identifies as a female, even if the teacher offered a reasonable alternative. O* There are only 2 biological sexes. Anyone who supports or believes otherwise is probably a groomer and should have a psychological evaluation..
10. Specifying in school policy that materials containing visual depictions of people engaging in sex acts or explicit written descriptions of people engaging in sex acts is not age-appropriate for the school’s curriculum and libraries. S* Sex education should be in accordance with biology.
