1. Should all voters be required to show identification before voting?	Y*	We passed an unconstitutional election law in 2019. Since then we have fixed nothing. The least we could do is pass voter Id.
2. Should the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act be amended to include "sexual orientation" and "gender identity," which could require public schools and other public facilities to open up restrooms and locker rooms to members of the opposite sex?	N*	I strongly believe individuals should identify as the gender they where as. This should be a zero tolerance for any other. Our schools should be required to follow a zero tolerance policy.
3. Should marijuana be legalized and sold commercially for recreational use?	N*	Marijuana is a gateway drug. We should not legalize it for adult recreational use.
4. Should increases in state government spending be limited to the rate of inflation plus population growth?	Y*	We should pass a balanced budget each year. We should never spend more then we plan to generate.
5. Should Pennsylvania make cuts to the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) student scholarship program?	N*	We should increase the EITC tax credit. This program has proven to have a very high payback compared to many other government programs. Also we need to have Governor Shapiro sign on to the Trump EITC expansion program.
