We do not have risk mitigation for business owners (ex: trucking and equipment operators). New tax revenue is not an excuse for poor spending habits. Taxes should never be a patch for bad fiscal policy. |

In my own district, we have seen the results of charter and cyber charter schools, especially for students needing accommodations. Furthermore, why should low performing schools be rewarded instead of required to provide improvement plans on how to improve outcomes. We are graduating students below state averages in math and reading proficiency. Administrators and experts need accountability. |
