1. Should all voters be required to show identification before voting? Y* Voting should be accessible to every eligible voter, and people should have confidence in our elections. Requiring identification is a reasonable safeguard.
2. Should the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act be amended to include "sexual orientation" and "gender identity," which could require public schools and other public facilities to open up restrooms and locker rooms to members of the opposite sex? N* Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I also believe we must protect privacy in restrooms and locker rooms, parental rights, and religious freedom.
3. Should marijuana be legalized and sold commercially for recreational use? N* I do not support recreational marijuana legalization. My priorities are protecting children, keeping our roads safe, and addressing addiction in our communities.
4. Should increases in state government spending be limited to the rate of inflation plus population growth? Y* Families have to live within their means, and state government should too. I support reasonable spending limits that protect taxpayers and require Harrisburg to prioritize.
5. Should Pennsylvania make cuts to the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) student scholarship program? N* Parents should have the freedom to choose the education that best meets their child’s needs. I support expanding educational opportunities, including EITC scholarships.
