1. Providing state tax credits and education savings accounts to enable parents to choose what school their child attends. S* Parents should be able to send their children to schools that best educate their children, whatever their needs or Interests are as long as they receive comprehensive quality education.
2. Reserving girls’ sports exclusively for biological females. S* Basic biological differences may give biological males significant advantages over females and may endanger females participating against males.
3. Separating restrooms, locker rooms, and other privacy areas based on biological sex. S* Basic privacy and safety require separate restrooms and privacy areas for biological males and females. Accommodation of private facilities should be made for “gender confused “ individuals.
4. Permitting students to discuss their Christian faith with others during non-class time on school premises. S* “Not prohibiting the free exercise of religion “ should allow religious discussion during non-class time , just as Sports or other discussions.
5. Allowing school personnel to refer students to abortion providers. O* Parents or guardians should decide medical treatment for their children. Planned parenthood should have no place in our schools.
6. Requiring signed permission (opt-in) from a parent before a student may participate in sex education classes. S* Parents should be informed of age appropriate sexual education and permitted to opt in or out according to their religious and moral beliefs.
7. Increasing transparency by requiring videos or documents shown to students be preserved for easy review by administrators and parents. S* All materials must be retained for review by parents and administrators. If questionable- should be presented for review before presenting to students
8. Providing curricula that advocates critical race theory and its emphasis on defining people as oppressors or oppressed based on group identity or privileges. O* No curricula should divide or emphasize differences in race, creed , color, ethnicity, gender, other factors. We are all created in God’s image and should be treated equally.
9. Requiring teachers to use "she" to describe a biological male student who identifies as a female, even if the teacher offered a reasonable alternative. O* Use of “gender confused “ pronouns promotes further confusion and should not be encouraged or required of teachers or students. Gender Confusion is a diabolical, money driven fallacy which should be eliminated
10. Specifying in school policy that materials containing visual depictions of people engaging in sex acts or explicit written descriptions of people engaging in sex acts is not age-appropriate for the school’s curriculum and libraries. S* Sexually explicit images or descriptions are not appropriate for school curriculum or library. Age appropriate sexual education, emphasizing responsibility and consequences of disease , pregnancy, self worth, etc. should be provided with opt in/ opt out provision ,
